2.What's the warranty in your company?
We offer 5 year warranty for Energy Storage Battery,and 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronics Battery if there is some quality problems.
3.What's the shipping for goods?
In order to reduce the cost of customers, usually we send goods by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS because we enjoy the VIP price If customer has familiar shipping agency, we can send goods to the address you provided.
4. How can I install the Power Wall?
When you receive the goods, you can contact our customer service for one-to-one installation guidance. In some areas, we have specialized engineers for on-site installation
5. How to take the risk during transportation?
We would bear the risk 100% in case the goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are responsible for loss.
6. Could you design the battery as requirements?
Yes, we have a professional technician team, OEM and ODM are welcome.
7. How to deal with the returns?
We will check the returns in 2 working days After checking we will provide testing report to customer. We will resend new replacements with new order.
